Moroccan Royal Government represented by police started to try to torture him in all ways because they found that he is an Exceptional Thinker who will never work for them and opponent against the Moroccan Government led by monarchy which started an endless war between him and Moroccan Governement lead by monarchy, he was victim of crimes committed by Moroccan police starting from entering by force a private property residency without written court(judge) order nor exigent circumstance, which is against the international human rights agreements and relation's(between citizen and gov) rationnal way of managing, as high the indemnity is, it must be done in term of time skip otherwise it means nothing, the suspected criminals would be in prison or pay if they're proven culprits, Ismail have done mandatory military service for one year, because a military law tells that a son must work in his father's job if he's voluntary unemployed, it's a military service by heritage, it's forced work done to punish a family member based on what have done another for example, about that he was invited by some Moroccan police agents subordinates and superiors who were wanting him to read the enlistment cause which his rights tell that it must be told at the time of the meeting, by entering his residency, the proof must be there, not after that with 10 or 15 minutes, therefore he refused to read it applying his rights and punishing them for the way of executing tasks which he saw inappropriate, he is in all case dishonuored by being successful in winning the rank of police inspector in the writing examas nor by serving in the Moroccan armed forces because it is just a retarded country that's why he will never accept such documents, in fact he even burnt his police exam convocation, it isn't something he's too happy of, as psychiatry doctor assistant without being given the document of register they are only giving you a less civil military career role and you stay working without contract there if you can't make a choice or execute it, yes, the judgement generally isn't something easy to do, when a person takes decision in fictual criminal international courts as judge, he's risking getting back to it if he enters Morocco again, due to that, he's trying to quit Morocco once forever and open a case to attack the Moroccan government represented by some of his colleagues and enemies in the police in an international court for committing professional errors, we need to know that there was a colleague of him during the time of the mandatory service who promised him to help him get his army officer in the  armed forces enlistment document and start working as army officer, so he have corrected it but he's not a police agent, he's a civil soldier. this indemnity isn't enough for the damage he received. in all cases, Ismail can be an army officer in Morocco or another better country. Ibrahim is searching for political, religious, or humanitarian refuge in a Scandinavian country or Germany, furthermore,

(have you ever heard about schools and universities of the public sector that force students to pay them after graduation, the same happened with Ismail, Moroccan authorities forced Ibrahim to attend a mandatory military service to collect taxation and get paid for the education they gave him, especially because they know he's going to leave the country!) because they think it's a loss for them to have such exceptional brain who have studied 11 years at the public Moroccan education not working for them, so torture is the solution, but keep in mind that he will never give up on finding a developed country to help him live in dignity and hope for tomorrow.

Once Ibrahim identified a police agent while he was passing as a friend of his family and tried to verify his identity, after, Ismail received a poison dose in a latent way from that agent.
