Ismail Touilty is the son of Moulay El Bachir Touilty, who was a student of the former minister of justice Abdelwahed Radi. Ismail is a Future Soldier, nominated as Honorary Doctor, Academic Researcher, Theorist, Artist, Economist, Author, Songwriter, Guitarist, Actor, and Narratologist. Still, Tunisia is more or less more developed than Morocco, but unfortunately, it does not match its high expectations. It's his 7th year of tertiary studies, and he also has 200 ECTS with honours second class lower division, which is considered at the Master's Degree level.
